  • General Check-in / Check-out Policy is as per below (this may vary for certain hotels):
    • Check-in time is 02:00 PM noon and check-out time is 12:00 PM
    • Subject to availability, early check-in and late checkout will be considered. Charges as applicable
  • In case of cancelation of booking 72 hours prior to arrival no cancellation charges apply. If the cancellation is processed 48 hours prior then half the charges shall be deducted. And if the cancellation is processed 24 hours before, the complete booking amount shall be charged.
  • Amendment of bookings is allowed until only 72 hours prior to arrival. Please contact The One Hotels customer care center at reservations@theonehotel.co.in Or call us on +91 240 2980071 for any assistance.
  • Please note that the above timeline and cancellation charges may vary depending on the hotel where the booking is made in accordance with the concerned hotel policy and the booking confirmation voucher issued. The Customer is therefore advised to check with the agents of the The One Hotels customer care center in relation to the cancellation charges and timeline
  • Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or any change. The Customer is therefore advised to check the room description and any such conditions carefully prior to making a booking. The One Hotels shall not be liable to cancel or refund any monies or alter any bookings if booking are made under such privileged booking rates or special offers.
  • Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net-banking) by which the booking was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.
  • In case the booking amount is paid using credit card, the refund will be processed on the credit card.
  • Children up-to 5 Years of age can stay free (cribs subject to availability). Additional charges may be applicable for children between 5 and 12 years. 13 years will be charged as per extra adult rate.
  • In keeping with our heightened security procedures we request you to provide your photo-identity proof while checking-in. Indian Nationals can present any of the following which is mandatory: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Adhar card. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
  • Extra Bed - 1100+ taxes
  • Please note that couples are required to produce a marriage certificate or any valid proof of marriage at the time of check in .

Things to note

  • Please note that no outside eatables are allowed inside the premises of the hotel
  • Please note that no refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under the above circumstances. 
  • Please note that no visitors are allowed to the rooms. Guests are requested to please confirm with the hotel before inviting visitors into the rooms.
  • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the HOTEL PROPERTY caused by them or any other person who have been permitted inside the room, thus giving the management the right to recover the charges of the damage caused or any other loss.
  • Visitors are requested to keep their belongings safe, as the management wont be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Full Payment shall be taken in advance to stay – In some cases a security deposit of 2000 per night shall also be taken, and returned upon at the time of check out.
  • The Management reserves the right to admission.
